Swim Exerciser
Tethered swimming is a style of swimming when the swimmer practically remains at the same place due to a supple restraining unit which looks like a leash. Tethers enable the swimmer to swim in any mode of swimming, even flat-out sprints, varying the speed when it is necessary. Tethered swimming allows swimmers to build upper body strength and work on their technique. The tether cord is hooked onto a belt around the swimmer’s waist and is connected to any convenient part of a pool from another side, e.g. to a ladder, diving board, skimmer or any other fixture. Heavy duty cord is used as a tether in this unit.
