Theraquatics Pool Exerciser

The Theraquatics Pool Exerciser is designed to hold you in place while swimming in the pool. Our pool exerciser consists of 3 pieces: an adjustable belt, a stretch cord and a fastening loop.
Fit the belt around your waist by adjusting its length – using the adjustable safety buckle. The belt has a slider to which the stretch cord is attached. The slider will centre the stretch cord in the middle of your back during exercise. Don’t fit the belt too tightly as this becomes uncomfortable when leaning forward into a swim stroke.
The black loop needs to be fastened onto a secure point which does not flex eg: pool fence.
The stretch cord attaches to the swim belt at one end and the fastening loop at the other end.
Step into the pool and walk away from the point where the cord is attached. As soon as you feel a bit of resistance, start into your swim stroke. Position your fixed point so that you swim into the deeper section of the pool.
Length of stretch cord is 2.4m. Adjustable Belt fits waist up to 150cms
