If you recieve a faulty product pleae contact Theraquatics within 14 days of receipt of same. We will arrange a replacement with free delivery, a refund or credit your account.
If your order is short delivered, again contact theraquatics to arrange for the missing items to be delivered free of charge.
I've brought the wrong size, can I exchange it?
No exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase and without authorisation from Theraquatics for their return. Please note that we will not refund postage if the wrong size was ordered.

How secure is your website?
We require your personal information to ensure your goods are delivered to the address you have provided. You can rest assured that at no time do we provide your information to a third party unless directed by law and only when required by law. We will however use your details to inform you of new stock, sales or specials of which you may opt out at any time.
How do I place my order?
Our e-order form can be printed off from our Home Page. Look for the “Print an e-order form” tab on the left side column. Please note that we no longer issue invoices/accounts for purchases under $300.
