Traction Belt

Adjustable belt with reinforced  weight pockets to allow for the balanced  and secure placement of flat dive weights around  the waist. Made from tough and long lasting nylon construction. The weight belt is padded so that weights do not press on hips. Each pocket is closed with velcro fastening allowing for weights to be added and removed with ease.

Used in hydrotherapy exercises  to release pressure on lower spine, open up spinal joints and lengthen spine. Benefits include pain mitigation and improvement in joint flexibility. Alternatively, used in progressive resistive exercises to develop strength, endurance and tone.

Flat dive weights can be placed in each pocket. 500gm weights ( SKU 9324W) are sold separately.
