TheraBand FlexBar®

TheraBand FlexBar® can be used to improve grip strength in the arm,hand and shoulder. This flexible massage roller is available in four different resistance levels, ranging from light to heavy resistance. Each FlexBar is manufactured from durable, lightweight rigid rubber for enhanced grip.
To Use: grip bar, then bend and twist as desired to strengthen/rehabilitate the affected area.
