Soft, closed cell foam wraps with floating ring sewn into webbing. Velcro closure. For tethered exercises involving arms or legs. Can be used with tethers (item 9111). These Resista Wraps feature a Velcro strap that is glued onto each foam cuff so the strap won’t come loose in the water. Military grade Velcro that is chlorine resistant. Australian made.
