Hard wearing and durable. Smooth, contoured handle is easy to grip. Floats on the surface of the water giving both abdominal and upper arm muscles a strong workout. Ideal for torso rotation and core strength exercise in the water. Deepens stretches on land. Durable enough to be incorporated into group aquatic exercise classes. Balls do not bounce. Colour coded by weight.
