Aquatic Foot Cuffs (sold in pairs)

The Aquatic Foot Cuffs are suitable for aqua fitness and aqua jogging routines by adding buoyancy and resistance to leg workouts.

The cuff is made from closed cell foam and comes with adjustable foot and ankle straps that offer extra support around ankles.

These cuffs have an effect on the body’s centre of gravity which in turn effects the body’s balance in water. The buoyancy of the cuffs forces the core muscles to support the upper body in order to maintain balance.

By moving the legs against the resistance of water, both legs and buttocks are also strengthened.

The fixed resistance level of this cuff makes exercise transition quicker during classes.
