Aquaflex (sold in pairs)

Adjustable, hand held, plastic resistance device used for strengthening exercises for upper limb and trunk. These aquatic fitness paddles have adjustable fan blades to vary resistance. Paddles build upper body strength and conditioning. Vented flow-through design allows resistance to be adjusted from easy to difficult with a simple twist. Resistance is also adjusted by how the user angles the fan during the movement of it.

The Aquaflex paddles measure 44cm in length. They are easy to store. Ideal for classes.
