Aquafit Ankle Cuffs with Buckle Fastener (sold in pairs)

Cuffs consist of closed cell foam inserts designed with pockets to accept lead ingots. There are three pockets in each cuff. Each pocket can accept one 550g ingot. Weights may be added or removed from cuffs for progressive exercise. Intended to increase muscle strength and aerobic conditioning. Buckle closure on cuff preferred by swimmer who likes a firm fit around ankle.
