Ideal for lower limb stability and rehabilitation. The uneven, domed shape of the Theraquatics Stability Disc enables ankles, calves, and thighs to be strengthened simply by standing on the disc. Compact and portable. Flat one side, knobbly the other. Non slip. Adjust volume of air to change degree of difficulty. Can be deflated to 2.5cm thickness (mushy) or inflated to 5cm thickness (firm). Used while standing, kneeling or sitting, this air cushion disc improves balance, strength, core stability and encourages proper posture.
