Weight Adjustable Swim Belt

One size fits all Neoprene Belt with 28 vinyl-covered steel weights. Used to release presssure on lower spine, open up spinal joints and lengthen spine. Alternatively it can be used in progressive resistive exercise as well as developing strength, endurance and toning. Weight is held away from the spine and stomach for safer workouts. The total belt weight is 4.8kg and the individual weights are 150gm.
