Adjustable Weighted Hydro Cuffs (sold in pairs)

Soft, removable weights slide into pockets in each cuff. Weight Adjustable. Great for increasing the intensity of deep water running as well as for patients who need to maintain a correct upright position during aquatic therapy. Fastened onto ankles via adjustable webbing straps with buckle or Velcro closure.

Tip: Cuffs with Velcro closure may be more appropriate for swimmers with thin/smaller ankles.  Cuffs with buckle closure can be securely fitted onto larger ankles.

Our ankle weights are not made from neoprene and therefore do not fade and breakdown from the effects of chlorinated water.
