Q. How often do you update your stock?

A. Every 12 to 18 months we produce a printed catalogue which features new products and designs. Our online store is regurlarly updated to include new products.

Q. What is the quality of your products like?

A. The fabric in our Aquafit floats is tough, chlorine resistant and easily maintained.  Our foam products are manufactured to exacting standards. Our inflatables are pre-inflated for 24 hours before they leave the factory

Q. Can I see the product before I buy it?

A. All stock is available to view and purchase from our Brisbane-based showroom which is open 6 days a week. 

Q. What happens if my purchase is faulty or incomplete?

A. If you recieve a faulty product pleae contact Theraquatics within 14 days of receipt of same. We will arrange a replacement with free delivery, a refund or credit your account.

If your order is short delivered, again contact theraquatics to arrange for the missing items to be delivered free of charge.

Q. I've brought the wrong size, can I exchange it?

A. Yes. You can exchange your purchase providing it is returned within 14 days of receipt and it is in its original packaging and in the same condition it was supplied.

No exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase and without authorisation from Theraquatics for their return. Please note that we will not refund postage if the wrong size was ordered.

Q. How long does it take to deliver my purchase?

A. When all items are in stock we aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of payment being cleared. We use Australia Post for our small parcel deliveries. Should your order be urgent we use Expresss Post which attracts an additional surcharge. Please call us for a quote.

Q. How will my purchase be delivered?

A. Our shipments have the extra security of being sent Certified Delivery. This makes all parcels traceable and require them to be signed for on arrival. Please make sure there is someone to receive your parcel at the physical address nominated for delivery.

Q. My package hasn't arrived: what should I do?

A. Please ring Theraquatics (07) 3865 4420 we will trace your parcel for you and advise you of the outcome. We cannot be held responsible for your parcel once it has been accepted by Australia Post. Please understand that if a parcel goes missing Theraquatics reserves the right to go through Australia Post protocols to locate the parcel before re-sending or refunding any order.

 Q. What currency are the prices in?

A. All prices throughout our Website including our Shopping Cart are in Australian Dollars.

Q. Do listed prices include GST?

A. Yes. All listed prices include GST. If GST is not applicable the price is shown as GST exempt.

A. We have an extensive mailing list. Should you wish to beon our mailing list please email your request to  sales at Theraquatics.com.au.

Q. How secure is your website?

A. As we use our bank's gateway for payment, we do not hold or see your payment details so you can rest assured your credit card details are safe.

This website supports Secured Sockets Layer based transactions (SSL) from a browser to a level of at least 128 bits.

Q. Do you have a Privacy Policy?

A. We are committed to protecting your Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act).  

We require your personal information to ensure your goods are delivered to the address you have provided.  You can rest assured that at no time do we provide your information to a third party unless directed by law and only when required by law.  We will however use your details to inform you of new stock, sales or specials of which you may opt out at any time. 

Q. How do I place my order?

A. All orders can be telephoned, faxed, mailed or emailed.

Our e-order form can be printed off from our Home Page. Look for the "Print an e-order form" tab on the left side column. Please note that we no longer issue invoices/accounts for purchases under $300.

Q. Which payments do you accept?

A. Payment must accompany all orders. Online payments can be made by credit card. We accept only Visa and Mastercard.  Orders received by fax or mail must be accompanied by credit card, money order, or personal cheque.
